The Alchemist was a great book with alot of knowledge, inspiration and wisdom. I plan on comparing the knowledge thats it is in the book to the Bible. I will also talk about how the book also builds Bible based character such as having a strong heart, having faith and believing in your goal. In my paper i will explain how i feel Santiagos holy spirit allowed him to figure out the soul of the world..

The Alchemist

The difference in sections is that the book starts to refer to Santiago as the boy instead of using his name. The boy also becomes wealthy instead of being broke like he was before.

Lewis Carrol

Lewis Carrol was born January 27, 1832 in Daresbury, Cheshire, England. He died Jan 14, 1898 in Guildford, Surrey. He was a creative man who enjoyed the company of little girls. His book was published by John Tenniel in 1865.
In 1856 Carroll met 4 yr old Alice Liddell. His book was created by coming up with stories to amuse Alice and her sisters. Alice asked if Carroll would write the stories into a tale for her so thats what he did. The tale was originally called Alice Adventures Underground.

Impression of Alice

My impression of Alice when i first meet her in the story is a curious young girl. I say this because when she see"s the rabbit sprint past her she follows it with no hesitation. Alice even takes her curious journey with the rabbit to the next level and decides to go down the rabbit whole.

Favorite book

My favorite book is Quiet Strengths by Tony Dungy. The reason why i loved the book so much because it told the life story of a humble man. The book is a testimony of humbleness, determination, and faith bringing success. It also shows that even a man of God goes through hard wordly struggles. For example the world was shocked when it was publicized that Tony Dungys son killed himself. Even through that Tony Dungy kept his faith and continued to be the great man that he is. Tony Dungy is a home town hero in Tampa Bay which is the city that im from.

Welcome to Rico's World

I feel that the characters in the book are crazy and more hardcore then what the scene that we watched in class shows. Watching the clip would make you think that the characters are nervous n scary but the book gives you a totally different vibe.
